01. Services

We provide residential cleaning (standard, deep, move-in/move-out, post-construction and window cleaning) and commercial office cleaning in Calgary's NE, SE and SW quadrants. What each service includes is described on its service page. The exact scope of your clean is confirmed when your booking is confirmed.

02. Requests and confirmation

Sending a request through this website does not book an appointment. The owner reviews every request and confirms availability, the appointment time and the final price with you.

Starting prices are based on the size of your home or office. The final price can reflect condition, extras and access. Requests from outside NE, SE and SW Calgary are reviewed individually.

03. Access and safety

You agree to give our cleaners safe access to the property at the scheduled time, and to tell us in advance about pets, alarm codes, parking and any hazards. If we cannot get in at the scheduled time, the visit is treated as a late cancellation.

04. Cancellation and payment

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment; a $50 fee applies within 24 hours. No payment is taken when you send a request.

Home cleans are invoiced after the work is done and paid by card. Commercial clients are invoiced on the terms in their quote. Our service policies give the full details and form part of these terms.

05. Liability

Please put away cash, valuables and fragile items before your clean. If something is damaged or missed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit so we can review it and make it right. We are not responsible for wear or damage that was there before the clean.

06. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If we change these terms, the version and effective date on this page apply to bookings confirmed after that date.
