Bedrooms, bathrooms and approximate square footage. For offices, square footage and number of restrooms.
Homes that have not been cleaned in a while, or after renovations, take more time.
Inside the oven, fridge or cabinets, pets in the home, and window counts or storeys.
Your final price is confirmed by the owner before the visit. Nothing is charged when you request. Home cleans are invoiced after completion and paid by card.
