Privacy policy
How RS Cleaning Solutions collects, uses and protects your personal information under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and, where it applies, Canada's PIPEDA.
01. Information we collect
Your name, phone number, email and service address; details about your home or office (type, size, rooms, condition, extras and pets); your preferred dates and times; and any notes or messages you send us. We only ask for what we need to quote and clean.
This website also sets one cookie with a random ID so we can count visits. It holds no personal details, and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
02. How we use it
To review your request, confirm your booking and final price, schedule your clean, send reminders, invoices and receipts, and reply to your messages. We also keep anonymous totals, such as which services and areas are requested, to plan our schedule.
We do not sell or rent your information.
03. Who we share it with
Only with the cleaner assigned to your visit and the service providers that run our business: Jobber for bookings, client records, invoices and payments; our email provider for request notifications; and our website hosting and storage providers. They are bound to protect it and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to the laws of that country.
Card details are handled only by Jobber Payments. They are never stored on or passed through this website.
04. How long we keep it
Client and booking records are kept while you are a client and for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted or anonymized. A request that could not reach our booking system is kept on this website only until it is re-sent, then deleted.
05. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing hello@rscleaningsolutions.ca.
We send marketing emails or texts only with your consent, in line with Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
